For this tarif, a prepayment of 100% is required upon booking. In case of insufficiant funds or an invalid credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.

A cancellation or modification of the reservation free of charge is not possible anymore.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking where the price has been affected by a technical or human error, clearly identifiable as unreal or grossly disproportionate. In such cases, the customer will be duly informed and, if possible, offered an alternative based on the correct rate.

The total amount of your reservation must be paid upon arrival at the hotel. For guarantee,valid credit card details are required. An advance deposit is not necessary. The validity of the credit card will be checked before your arrival at the hotel.

Outside fair-and event dates a cancellation or modification free of charge is possible until 6pm day of arrival. In case of later cancellation/amendment a late cancellation fee of 90% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card and your reservation will be cancelled.

In case of no show without prior notification, a no-show fee of 90% of the total stay will be charged to your credit card and the booking will be cancelled.
