Method of payment:

For this rate, 100% prepayment is required at the time of booking. In case of insufficient funds or an invalid credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellations:

It is not possible to cancel or modify the reservation without any charge.

No show:

In case of no-show without prior notice, a no-show fee of 90% of the total stay will be charged to the credit card and the reservation will be cancelled.

Obvious pricing errors

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation whose price is affected by a technical or human error that is clearly identifiable as an unrealistic or manifestly disproportionate price. In such cases, the customer will be duly informed and, if possible, offered an alternative at the correct rate.

The total amount of the reservation must be paid upon arrival at the hotel. To guarantee the reservation, a valid credit card is required. No deposit is necessary. The validity of the credit card will be verified before your arrival at the hotel.

Cancellations:

Outside of trade fair and event dates, you can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. After this time, a late cancellation fee of 90% of the total cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card, and your reservation will be cancelled.
